PRICE

The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed.

Items benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the document you received by email (invoice) that we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance or normal wear and tear.

AVAILABILITY

Our delivery commitment is void insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to L'atelier chouchou Sàrl. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

TRANSPORT DELIVERY

Delivery price:

• €2 in Europe
• 5 € in the rest of the world

Items available are sent by post within approximately 5 to 8 working days . Participation on your part is requested only once per order.

PLEASE NOTE: L'atelier chouchou Sàrl does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE

In the event that the items received are not damaged, they must be returned intact and complete, within 30 days of receipt of your package to be refunded. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.

Scrunchies damaged upon receipt are either refunded or replaced by another scrunchie. If a darling breaks easily in the days following receipt, don't hesitate to write to us and we'll see if we can find an arrangement.

Checks the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

DATA PROTECTION

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Bernese District Court.
